When you talk about the amazing product or service from your small business, you'll want to position it through the perspective of how your customers will benefit from buying or using it.


It's easy to list out features.


It's harder to articulate the value of what you offer.


This requires understanding your target market, their needs and pain points. But when you do the research and take the time to craft a value-oriented message, you'll have more effective marketing.
